Anthony Edwards' RCAF counterpart. Also, it is "Canada Goose" not "Canadian Goose," look it up. 
When it comes to naming this bird got shafted. Cool bird though. 
They say they're so named because their call sounds like "killdeer," but if I were a deer I'd still watch my back around them. 
Their gift is their song and this one's for you.
